    • What products and services do they offer?
    • Who are their target customers?
    • What is the scope of their geographic coverage?
    • What is their current pricing strategy? What does their pricing model look like?
    • What channels do they use to reach customers?
    • How do they market their services/products? What is their messaging?
    • How do customers perceive Greenlight’s product design, quality, and price?
    • Who are Greenlight’s competitors relative to the products/services offered?

    • Focus on two of Greenlight’s top competitors relative to the products/services offered.
    • What are their product offerings and pricing? What pricing strategies do they utilize?
    • Who are their target customers?
    • What channels do they use to reach customers?
    • How do they market their comparable services/products? What is their messaging?
    • How do customers perceive Greenlight’s competitor’s product design, quality, and price?
    • What are the strengths of Greenlight’s competitors’ products/services?
    • What are the weaknesses or limitations of Greenlight’s competitors’ products/services?

  • March 24, 2021 - Industry Technology Trends Analysis & Outlook

    • What are the new and upcoming technologies in the wifi/cellular/internet space that would affect Greenlight’s service (e.g. IoT)? How soon are these technologies likely to impact the industry?
    • How do these match consumer wants and needs?
    • How are other competitors incorporating these new technologies?
    • In addition to direct competitors, are there other companies positioning to offer new technologies that could become a threat/competitor?
    • How could Greenlight take advantage of or adapt to current and emerging technologies?

  • March 25, 2021 - Make recommendation for Greenlight Network to strengthen its portfolio based upon the pricing, competitor, and technology outlook analyses.

    • How is Greenlight differentiated from competitors/other providers? How can Greenlight  leverage and communicate these strengths in their marketing campaigns?
    • What are your recommendations to Greenlight for a cost-effective and competitive pricing strategy?
    • How can Greenlight capitalize on consumer demands, product and service gaps, and upcoming technologies to be competitive in the market and effectively position itself for growth?
