AOTMP offers training and certifications for telecom, mobility, and IT management professionals. The goals of this project are to:

ÔÇó Understand the total addressable market for telecom, mobility and IT management training and certification in the three global regions of North America, Europe, and APAC;
ÔÇó Understand variations in cultural and business expectations for purchasing and consuming training and certifications in each of the three global regions; and,
ÔÇó Understand content topic gaps against current market offerings in each of the three global regions.

The objectives/milestones of this project are threefold:

1. Identify and quantify the financial opportunity for grants in the United States for reskilling professionals [50% project value weight].
2. Establish a model that illustrates how training and certifications are purchased, consumed, and valued along with cultural variations related to experience and prestige in each of the three global regions [35% project value weight].
3. A strength/weakness/opportunity/threat (SWOT) analysis of the current and proposed training and certification content catalog [15% project value weight].

    1. What are the perceived benefits of professional training and certifications to individuals and based on cultural and economic norms in the three global regions of North America, Europe, and APAC? What are the perceived benefits to employers?
    2. Are training courses or certifications with verifiable credentials more valuable to individuals in each region?  To employers?
    3. What training/certification value messages best relate to individuals and employers in each region?
    4. Do individuals or employers typically pay for professional training/certifications in each region?
    5. How much do individuals and employers invest annually on professional training/certifications in each region?

  • March 5, 2020 - A strength/weakness/opportunity/threat (SWOT) analysis of the current and proposed training and certification content catalog [15% project value weight].

    1. Who are the biggest head-to-head competitors based on content type/scope?
    2. How does the SWOT analysis vary in the three global regions of North America, Europe, and APAC?
    3. Which weaknesses are most critical to eliminate and why?
    4. What finding from the SWOT analysis should be exploited to make the greatest revenue impact and why?
